Kassem Seedat practised as a commercial lawyer firstly in Durban, South Africa from 1995-1998 (including as a notary public and property law specialist), then from 1999 onwards in Victoria and Western Australia. Much of that time has been spent in private practice working for mid-tier law firms, with a period as in-house lawyer, where the exigencies of business life were absorbed first-hand.
Kassem has a depth of industry knowledge across a range of business areas which, together with a client-service ethic, allows him to deliver relevant and commercially responsible legal advice, in a timely manner.
For a client, this means being able to rely with confidence at any time on a trusted counsellor who will help with the attention to detail which legal matters demand and have the larger focus on practical, day-to-day concerns. It also means an enduring relationship, which extends to working with a client’s other advisors, as needed, with a single focus: paramount client service.
