We’ve advised incorporated associations as to their powers and responsibilities, and prepared their constitutions.
Allied to business is an enduring interest in and ability to act for aviation industry participants such as airports, airlines and service providers to that broader industry. This could include general commercial advice and preparing appropriate material to document business relationships.
Our secondary practice area is estate planning. This includes drafting wills, asset protection advice, and overseeing powers of attorney and guardianship documents.
